Credit Card and Deposit

A valid credit card is required to hold a reservation. We do accept Visa, MasterCard,Discover and American Express. After inputing your credit card into our reservation system, your credit card will be charged out shortly after that. Reservations may also be made by phone 830-249-0470 Your receipt will be sent to your email address. We will add 13% in occupancy taxes.

NO PETS. Sorry, we love dogs, but we are not a Bed & Biscuit.

NO SMOKING INSIDE (smoking permitted outside)



We do not impose a two night minimum, our one night special is available.                                             Minimum 2 night stay for 3 day holiday weekend is imposed.

Due to fire and insurance restrictions, no candles are permitted. You will find LED flameless candles throughout the guesthouse for that romantic touch during your stay.

Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. It is extremely difficult and highly unlikely we will be able to rebook should you cancel after we have held the date and lodging for you while turning others away. However, if we are able to rebook the room you will be charged a $50 rebooking fee and your remaining lodging fee balance will be returned.
Notice of cancellation must be received at least 14 days in advance of arrival. Less than 14 days of your arrival date, you agree that you are responsible for the first nights' full rate.  You are responsible for the entire booking amount if you have not cancelled your reservation prior to your arrival date or do not show.  Cancellation of reserved date(s) results in a non-refundable lodging fee without 14 days notice.  There is no refund for an early checkout.

Wedding cancellations: Our normal cancellation policy applies to your room. If you cancel your wedding more than 60 days prior to your wedding date, there is a $100.00 cancellation fee.  Weddings that are cancelled within 40 days or less will lose their full deposit.

Damage Policy 

Guests are responsible for any damage and/or extra cleaning fees. This includes towels and sheets and quilts, if they need to be replaced, you will be charged.

No dying of hair during your stay, this is prohibited.
