Listen to the thrill of the flitting songbirds...see the butterflies sipping nectar from flowers in the gardens...hear the plop of a frog jumping into the goldfish pond. This isn't your yard you say? Well, it is ours at Acorn Bed and Breakfast.The National Wildlife Federation has certified Acorn Bed and Breakfast as an official Backyard Wildlife Habitat site! The blinking firefly show, although seasonal, is complementary for guests to experience and enjoy at dusk. Connecting with nature in our backyard will feed your soul and lift your spirits during your stay.

This charming and comfortable guesthouse has one bedroom, a sitting room with local TV/VCR, two baths, one with a jacuzzi bathtub and the other with shower. It has a warm country kitchen with a microwave and coffemaker as well as complimentary beverages in the refrigerator. A full home cooked breakfast will be brought to you in your private romantic guesthouse each morning at a time you choose! (We can accommodate all special dietary restrictive diets) Hal has recently been diagnosed with Celiac Disease so we now offer a Gluten-Free breakfast!! Also, provided in the guest house is a file of gluten-free menus from nearby restaurants.

We do not have a long waiting list. We can accommodate available wedding dates within a week or two, if needed.
